Using microwave waves, you can get a soft avocado instead of a hard green pebble in less than a minute. This requires:

Heating in the oven
It will take a little longer for the avocado to “reach” in a gas or electric oven. First, the fruit must be wrapped in food foil, and the oven itself must be heated to 200 degrees. Then put the avocado on a baking sheet and leave in the cabinet for 10 minutes.
Ripening paper tricks
If time is running out, you can put the green avocado in a whole paper bag, which contains apples, which must be ripe, and close it well. Ripe fruits emit ethylene gas, which, in turn, helps the avocado to ripen faster, and in just a couple of days it will become soft and sweet.
Instead of apples, you can use bananas or tomatoes, or put all the products together in one bag - the more there are, the faster the avocado will ripen.
How to accelerate the ripening of already cut fruits?
If the lack of ripeness of the avocado is revealed only after it has been cut, do not throw away the fruit. It is better to wrap the halves tightly in cling film, after sprinkling with lemon juice to prevent the pulp from darkening. Place the avocado wrapped in film in a plastic container with a lid and refrigerate, where it will ripen over time on its own.
