What can be done with squash caviar - interesting and tasty ideas
For many of us, squash caviar is a taste of distant childhood and a memory of a school cafeteria. However, having matured, we do not change our tastes and enjoy eating it with a bite of porridge or spread on bread. But there are many more recipes and real hostesses have long known what can be done with squash caviar. After all, a sandwich is the simplest dish. Caviar is a ready-made product with a pleasant sweetness. It can be safely added to almost all main courses. Delicate texture and pleasant notes will give them a special taste and diversify the diet.
What can be done with squash caviar
- pancakes;

- salad with rice.
And if you still have empty pancakes, spread them with caviar and fold them in an envelope. It will turn out as tasty as on a sandwich, but with an unusual serving.
Zucchini caviar pancakes
Small pancakes are tender and sweet, despite the fact that there is no sugar in them. Caviar gives them a sweet note, and it is not necessary to open the can. If you have 3 - 4 tbsp. l. half-eaten snack, do not rush to throw it away, but fry pancakes from it. Just add 1 tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder and that's it.
It is better to fry in refined oil.
Sauce
Love spaghetti, but don't have time to mess with meat gravy, and have 0.5 kg of minced meat in the fridge? And nothing else is needed except caviar to make a delicious sauce. First fry the minced meat until tender. Add 1 can of caviar and simmer for 5 minutes. That's it, the sauce is ready, and if it remains, then in a cold form, such a deliciousness will go "with a bang" with bread.
Salad with rice, caviar, meat and cucumbers
A hearty salad itself can be a separate dish and replace a full dinner. Mix well 1 tbsp. boiled rice with a couple of spoons of caviar, so that all the rice acquire a beautiful orange color. Finely chop the boiled chicken meat (1 leg or half filech is enough), add to the rice. Chop 3 pickled cucumbers into cubes and also send to the salad.
It remains to add salt and spices to taste:
- dry garlic;
- nutmeg;
- ground black pepper.
