- garlic - 200 grams;
- eggplant - two kilograms;

- vinegar 9% - 100 ml;
- vegetable oil - 350 grams.
First of all, prepare your vegetables. Soak the beans for 12 hours in water, and then boil them until tender.

Add all prepared vegetables one at a time, observing the time interval (about three or four minutes). First put the carrots in the puree, followed by the pepper, and at the very end the eggplant. Cook the food for half an hour, and when the time runs out, send the beans to the pan. Cook the dish for another 20 minutes.

Pour some water into the dish and send it to the microwave for five minutes (you can put several jars in it at the same time). Boil metal lids in water.
