Cooking salad with beans and mushrooms according to different recipes
There are never too many salad recipes, because they become boring pretty quickly, you always want to try something new. Canned mushroom and beans salad "Pyatiminutka"
Required Ingredients:
- 1 can of canned beans of any color (red, white, mix, most importantly - without tomato);
- a can of pickled mushrooms (you can take mushrooms);
- 1 or 2 fresh tomatoes, depending on their size
- 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- a small bunch of fresh herbs (dill, parsley or their mixture);
- 1 small package of ready-made croutons.
Step by step cooking:
- Open the beans, put them on a sieve or colander, rinse with cold water. Let the liquid drain.
- Drain the marinade from the champignons. If the mushrooms are large, then cut in half or into 4 pieces. In the case when mushrooms are used, then you can not cut.
- Grind the tomato into small cubes.
- Chop the herbs finely.
- In a bowl of suitable size, combine mushrooms, beans and tomato. Sprinkle with herbs, season with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper if necessary. Sprinkle with croutons on top and serve.
It's okay if the salad with mushrooms, beans and croutons will stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator along with croutons. They are delicious even when soaked.
If you do not have ready-made store-bought croutons at hand, then you can make them from bread yourself. It is enough to lightly fry a couple of slices in a toaster, grate with garlic and cut into cubes. The second way is to fry the bread in a skillet and then grind it.
"Nutritious" salad with beans and mushrooms
This dish will have a slightly different taste, since the composition and preparation method are different. The salad with mushrooms and beans turns out to be very nutritious. But due to roasting, the taste is very pleasant, rich.
You need to take the following ingredients:
- 1 can of pickled mushrooms (whole or chopped)
- bank red beans, canned;
- onion head;
- some greenery;
- crackers (rye or wheat);
- 1-1.5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step preparation of salad with beans and mushrooms:
- Cut the onion into small cubes or thin half rings.
- Fry it in a skillet with oil until light golden brown.
- Drain the filling from the mushrooms and beans, put them on the onion. Fry a little more.
- Add chopped herbs to the pan, stir and remove from heat.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then put in the refrigerator. It should be infused for at least a couple of hours. But in this form it can be stored for a day.
- Before serving, the salad must be seasoned and sprinkled with croutons.
If desired, you can replace red beans with white ones, and also boil ordinary beans instead of canned ones. But it will take longer, because the beans take a long time to cook.
Salad with tomato dressing
Those who don't like mayonnaise can make a salad without it. Dressing with tomato will be an unusual addition, but no less tasty. This recipe uses not pickled but fresh mushrooms. Therefore, the dish has a pleasant mushroom aftertaste.
The dish will require ingredients:
- 250 g of mushrooms;
- 250 g canned or boiled beans;
- onion head;
- small carrots;
- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup;
- some greens, pepper and salt;
- sunflower oil for frying vegetables.
Step-by-step preparation of salad with beans and mushrooms:
- Carrot grate or like a Korean salad.
- Chop the onion into cubes. Fry it with the carrots until tender.
- Add mushrooms, cut into small pieces, to vegetables. Add tomato paste or ketchup, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the marinade from the beans, add to the vegetables in the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add chopped herbs, salt and pepper as you like. Stir well and remove from heat.
All that remains is to cool the dish and serve it to the table. When preparing this salad recipe with beans and fried mushrooms, you can take beans canned in tomato sauce, then put them in a frying pan together with the filling, and do not add pasta or ketchup.
A salad with beans and mushrooms is a tasty and satisfying dish, because both of these components are rich in proteins.
It can be eaten not as an additional, but as an independent dish. With or without frying, you can cook it, depending on your mood. The main thing is to buy canned ingredients in reserve.
