- Cutting off the leg along with the mycelium is simply necessary. The leg tastes too hard.
- If the oyster mushrooms are frozen or dried, they cannot be washed. Simply remove dust and debris from the caps with a brush.

How to make oyster mushroom soup

To make the soup you will need:
- about 1 kg of oyster mushrooms;
- two potatoes;
- large onion;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- horseradish root;
- small pickled cucumber;
- a glass of flour
- egg.
Mushroom soup can be prepared not only from oyster mushroom plates, but also from the legs. It turns out a delicious rich broth.
Soup preparation step by step:
- Pour 3 liters of water into a saucepan and put the container on fire.
- Rinse the oyster mushrooms and separate the plates from the legs. Pour the mushroom legs into a saucepan. Put the peeled carrots and horseradish root. After boiling, cook the broth for an hour over medium heat.
- Prepare homemade noodles from flour and eggs. Knead the dough and let it stand for 15 minutes. Roll out thinly and cut into thin noodles.
- Remove vegetables from the broth and discard them. You can leave the mushroom legs.
- Finely chop the oyster mushroom caps. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put all this into the broth and continue to cook the soup.
- Fry previously prepared carrots and onions in butter. Grate pickled cucumber or chop finely. Add to the pan with vegetables.
- After 20 minutes after the soup has boiled, add the frying to the pan. After a couple of minutes, add the noodles.
After adding the noodles, cook the soup for no more than 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the chopped herbs to the soup.
Cooking pilaf with oyster mushrooms in a slow cooker
Eating fatty foods is not possible if you are fasting or on a special diet. Using a modern kitchen apparatus, you can cook delicious and satisfying pilaf with oyster mushrooms.
Ingredients for pilaf:
- 3 pcs. carrots and onions;
- 600 g oyster mushrooms;
- 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- glass basmati rice or long-grain;
- bay leaf, garlic, salt and ground pepper;
- 2 tbsp. water.
Pilaf cooking stages:
- Cut the pre-washed mushrooms into small pieces.
- Peel vegetables. Grate the carrots on a medium-sized grater and chop the onions into thin strips.
- Pour 4 tbsp into the multicooker bowl. l vegetable oil and pour carrots. Cook in the "Fry" mode for 10 minutes without closing the lid.
- Add the onions and fry the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
- Boil the required amount of water.
- Add prepared mushrooms to fried vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Put a small head of garlic, removing only the top layer of the peel from it. Pour in boiling water.

How to cook oyster mushrooms with sour cream in a pan
Mushrooms fried with onions and sour cream always turn out delicious. The dish can be served alone or with potatoes, pasta or cereals.
Ingredient set:
- fresh oyster mushrooms - 0.5 kg;
- 150 g 20% sour cream;
- 3 onions;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- ground pepper, salt;
- a bunch of greens;
- for frying vegetable oil.
Cooking process:
- Cut oyster mushrooms in the mycelium or buy them in the store. Rinse under running water, remove the legs and cut into separate plates.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and add the prepared mushrooms. Salt to taste and fry until the liquid has completely evaporated.
- Fry the onions in another pan until golden brown.

- Cut the pre-washed oyster mushrooms into pieces of the same size.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chopped mushrooms in it until golden brown.
- Cut the peeled onion into half rings. Add to mushrooms. Season with pepper and salt. Stir and fry for 10 minutes.
- In another frying pan without oil, fry the pre-cut pork until a light crust appears.
- Put the meat from the pan into a deep container, add the mustard and chopped garlic. To mix everything.
- Put the prepared meat in portioned baking dishes. Put mushrooms fried with onions on top of the meat.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a preheated oven.
