After 40 minutes, when the fruits are covered with a crust, take them out and put them in a saucepan under the lid for 20 minutes so that the walls of the fruits are well softened. Then let them cool down and peel off the film and internal partitions with seeds. At the same time, try to collect all the juice from vegetables as much as possible. It remains only to put the pepper in trays with lids and pour over this juice.
Stuffed frozen peppers
If you have a lot of freezer space, you can turn whole peppers into a convenience food straight away for stuffing. Cook the minced meat as usual using your favorite recipe. Stuff vegetables with them and freeze them. In winter, you just have to make gravy and cook the workpiece, pouring boiling water. You don't even need to defrost it.
