Of all beekeeping products, propolis is the most valuable, but it cannot be consumed in its pure form due to its specific taste. But if you mix it with milk, then such a product will be both tasty and doubly useful. Milk with propolis at night has long been used to treat colds and more. The oily texture of bee glue is very difficult to dissolve and is reluctant to give up its qualities in water. But in combination with milk, it is possible to achieve both a completely pleasant taste and the maximum therapeutic effect. Milk itself is also very useful, especially hot, and in the season of colds. A little propolis will only enhance the effect of the fragrant drink. Moreover, you can drink it not only against the virus, but also for the prevention and treatment of many other diseases.

- Propolis tincture. Alcohol is sold in pharmacies tincture... You just need to drip it into hot milk (25 drops per 100 ml) and drink it. For children, use an aqueous tincture: dissolve 30 g of crushed propolis in 0.5 tbsp. water holding on the stove.
Propolis milk must be drunk in courses and not for very long, so as not to addictive to the body. Usually it is 10 days with the same break, but depending on the specific disease, the duration of treatment and the dosage may vary.
