Cooking a healthy drink - cranberry juice

For the recipe you need:
- 2 liters of water;
- 1 tbsp. fresh berries;
- 150 gr. Sahara.
Cooking process:
- Rinse the cranberries thoroughly under the tap.
- Put the berries in a blender and chop until mushy.
- Fold the cheesecloth in two layers, transfer the mixture to it and squeeze the juice well.
- Pour cold water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, put the cranberry cake remaining in the gauze and boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
- After that, strain well so that no berry particles remain.
- Pour the broth into a saucepan, add freshly squeezed cranberry juice, sugar and boil.
Leave for a few minutes to infuse and you can drink. Such a drink can be stored in the refrigerator for about three days.
When preparing fruit drinks, it is recommended to use only glass, ceramic, plastic or enamel dishes. Cranberries have acids that negatively affect metal containers. When they oxidize, they release harmful substances into the drink.
Frozen berry fruit drink

For a drink you will need:
- 500 gr. berries;
- 2 - 2.5 liters of water;
- 250 gr. Sahara.
Cooking process:
- Place the berries in a glass or enamel container, cover with sugar and rub until smooth.
- Transfer to a saucepan, add water, put on low heat, bring to a boil.
- Remove from the stove, let it brew for half an hour, strain through cheesecloth. The drink is ready!
When defrosting berries, it is not recommended to use a microwave. Better to let the frozen berries thaw at room temperature. This will save more useful microelements and the fruit drink from frozen cranberries will be tastier.
Cranberry juice with ginger
Ginger adds a subtle, pleasant flavor to the drink. In addition, the combination of these ingredients has excellent cleansing properties.
For a drink you will need:
- 1 tbsp. with a slide of berries;
- 10 gr. fresh ginger root;
- 1 tbsp. sugar (more or less, to taste);
- 1, 5 liters of cold water.
Cooking method:
- Grind the cranberries with sugar until smooth.
- Put the mass in a saucepan, cover with clean, cold water, bring to a boil.
- Ginger root wash, peel and grate with the smallest holes, or chop with a blender until gruel.
- Place the ginger in a hot drink and let sit for half an hour.
- Fold the cheesecloth several times and strain the juice.
The amount of sugar in a recipe can be varied to your liking. In addition, the amount of sweet product used depends on the berries. The more ripe they are, the less sugar you need.
Fruit drink with honey

- 1.5 liters of water;
- 1.5 tbsp. cranberries;
- 100 g honey.
Cooking process:
- Rinse the berries under running water and let them drain.

- The resulting composition, strain through a sieve or several balls of gauze.
- Put honey in the juice and mix thoroughly.

Required products:
- 500 gr. cranberries;
- 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- 1 large orange;
- 1.5 liters of water.
Cooking process:
- Wash the cranberries, chop, combine with sugar.
- Wash the orange, squeeze out the juice and grate a little zest.
- Boil water, add grated cranberries, juice and orange zest. Cover and leave to infuse for eight hours.
- Strain and use.
