Isabella grape tincture on vodka - two recipes for a fragrant drink for gourmets
An incredibly aromatic, beautiful and tasty infusion of Isabella grapes with vodka is obtained. Ruby in color, with a rich characteristic aroma of ripe berries, it is even better than the wine itself. This drink is perfect for a celebration. And according to its taste characteristics it can easily replace grape wine. Berries infused with vodka will give it both aroma and bright taste, and will color it in a noble dark color. It is very simple to make a tincture, because it requires a minimum of ingredients. In addition, it is prepared several times faster than wine, and after a couple of weeks the tincture can be consumed.
Isabella grape tincture with vodka - step by step preparation
The further process is very simple and is as follows:
- Fill a 3L container with berries to the very top.
- Sprinkle 3 tablespoons straight on top. l. Sahara.
- Pour in 1.5 liters of good vodka.
Now it remains only to tightly close the jar and put it in a dark place. Withstand the workpiece for at least 2, or even better - 3 weeks. Then strain and bottle. In a cool place, the tincture can be stored for a long time.
Do not forget to shake the bottle periodically while infusing the drink.
Isabella grape juice tincture recipe
If you don't have time to wait even for a couple of weeks, you can make a quick tincture by pouring vodka not on the berries, but on the juice from them:
- sort, separate and wash 2 kg of grapes;
- squeeze from them juice (conveniently through a juicer, but you can also use your hands);
- heat the juice, but do not let it boil;
- add 5 tbsp. l. sugar and stir to dissolve completely;
- pour 1 liter of vodka into a glass container;
- add cooled juice.
Shake the tincture well, cover and refrigerate immediately. It cannot be stored for a long time.
