Secrets of making delicious cherry pies

Cherry pies in a frying pan
Usually they bake cherry pies in the oven. But if it is not there, you can use a frying pan:
- In a deep container, combine 0.4 liters of kefir, 2 eggs, a little salt, 80 g of sugar and mix well.
- In a separate container, combine 2 g of soda with sifted flour (0.7 kg), add portions to the kefir mass and knead the dough. It should be obedient and gentle.
- Leave the dough aside for half an hour, and in the meantime prepare the filling of 0.8 kg of cherries.
- Sprinkle the table with flour, spread the finished dough on it, divide it into small balls and roll it onto flat cakes.
- Putting the filling and a little sugar on each cake, the edges are securely fastened.
