Is everyone allowed to eat pine nuts
There are no serious contraindications to the use of valuable seeds, but their calorie content should be taken into account. Such a product is too heavy for the fragile stomach of young children. And it certainly won't be beneficial for obesity. Also, do not eat nuts for nursing. The milk becomes too fat and the baby may develop tummy problems. Allergy to nuts is also a reason to refuse them.
To maximize your health benefits, it is best to eat cedar seeds separately from protein foods. Otherwise, they are absorbed more slowly.
The daily norm of nuts is no more than 50 g. If there is more, this will lead to an overabundance of certain nutrients. There will be problems with digestion, and even excess weight.
