Take products in any proportion: young tubers, herbs, mushrooms, spices, oil, salt.
Cooking technology:
- wash the tubers without peeling off the skin;
- wash mushrooms, cut into slices;
- add chopped parsley, spices, salt;
- cut the tuber;
- fill each plate with a filling;
- cover the baking sheet with foil;
- grease the bottom with oil;
- spread the tubers;
- bake for half an hour at medium temperature.
Choose tubers that are even, with a smooth surface, without eyes. The dish can be prepared from "old" fruits. Only in this case, peel the tubers and cut thinly. - Knead the yeast potato dough: dissolve sugar, salt, a teaspoon of yeast in a glass of warm water.
- Gradually introduce mashed potatoes (you need 5 tubers).
- Cover the elastic dough with a towel, leave it warm for an hour.
- Champignon (250 g), 4 onions, 1 carrot, wash, peel, chop. Then fry, add spices, garlic, salt.
- Next, roll out the dough thinly. Spread out the fried mixture. Roll gently into a roll.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
