Cooking method:
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Prepare a marinade from water and vinegar, lightly salting. Put the onion in the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Wash the avocado, pit and cut into small cubes.
- Pour lemon juice over the fruit.
- In a salad bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients (pre-drain the marinade from the onion). Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Vegetable oil is used as a dressing.
Exotic tuna
The use of canned food is a frequent occurrence when creating culinary masterpieces. We suggest preparing a salad with avocado and tuna with the addition of red beans and vegetables. This recipe is for 2 servings.
Ingredients:
- red beans - 0.06 kg;
- avocado - 1 fruit;
- salad mix - 0.05 kg;
- tomatoes - medium, 2 pcs.;
- tuna (canned food; fish cooked in its own juice) - 1 can;
- fresh cucumber - 0.01 kg;
- onion - 1 head.
For refueling:
- garlic - 1 cloves;
- grain mustard - 1 tsp;
- salt to taste;
- granulated sugar - 0.5 tsp;
- grape vinegar - 1 dessert. l .;
- olive oil - 50 g (in the absence of it can be replaced with vegetable oil).
Cooking method:
- The first step is to boil the beans, remove them from the water and cool. Optionally, you can substitute canned beans for fresh beans. So things will go faster. Remember to drain the liquid from the can.
- Wash the avocado, peel and cut into small wedges.
- Wash cucumbers, cut lengthwise and cut each slice into semicircles.
- Cut the peeled onion into half rings or rings.
- Wash and cut the tomatoes.
- Put salad mix in a salad bowl, and tomatoes on top.

Cooking method:
