For rotten stump cakes with jam, it is better to use not very fresh milk - a week old yogurt, kefir, sour yogurt or a mixture of them.
When interacting with soda, they give the very loose consistency to the dough, which is why the name was assigned.
For the cake you will need to prepare:
- 200 ml of sour kefir;
- 200 ml of raspberry jam;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 dec. l. quicklime soda;
- 500 ml flour;
- 200 ml of sugar.
For cream: 450 ml of fat sour cream, 200 ml of sugar.
Step by step cooking

Step 1. First, whisk or grind eggs with sugar until the latter dissolves, add kefir and jam.
Step 2. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3. Now add flour and soda.

- sugar - 400 ml;
- jam - 300 ml;
- nuts - 90 g;
- flour - 750 ml;
- baking powder - 2 dec. l .;
- fat sour cream - 400 ml;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- butter - 170 g;
- sunflower oil - 70 ml;
- sour kefir - 300 ml;
- salt - 1 coffee. l.
The manufacturing process consists of the following steps:
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix jam, eggs, kefir, vegetable oil.
- Add salt, baking powder, flour and stir.
- Bake in 2 portions in a parchment-covered mold for 30-40 minutes.
- Beat butter in a mixer on medium speed until white, add sugar, and continue the process, add sour cream and vanilla and after 2 minutes the cream is ready.
- Cut the cooled cakes into 2 parts, trim the edges evenly and collect cake.
- Decorate the top with nuts and crumbs left after leveling the cakes and soaked in cream.
Cool the finished product for an hour.

If you have no time to deal with the cake, you can quickly concoct a cake under the same name.
Have to take:
- flour - 350 g;
- yogurt - 1 tbsp.;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- soda - 1 dec. l .;
- granulated sugar - 200 g;
- apricot jam - 200 g.
Beat the sugar and sour cream until foamy, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Transfer to a mold and bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
