The cuff contains a lot of tannins, vitamin C and microelements: manganese, zinc, boron, iron. It also contains steroids, flavonoids, lipids, coumarins.
There are over 30 varieties of culture. Most of them grow in the wild. Some, for example, red-peted, alpine and soft cuff, are planted as an ornamental plant in flower beds. But for medicinal purposes, only one type is used - an ordinary cuff.
How does the cuff work on the body
The deciduous part, including the inflorescences, and the rhizome of the plant have healing properties. Teas, tinctures, infusions and decoctions are prepared from them, which:

Also, do not get carried away with the cuff of pregnant women, so that this does not lead to an excess of steroids. And with high blood clotting, it is better to refuse it.
