To prepare such a dish, you will need to prepare:
- 200 g of poultry meat;
- 1 small onion;
- 150 grams of mushrooms (champignons can be used);
- half a pack of puff pastry (about 250 g);
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- 70 g of Dutch cheese;
- homemade mayonnaise;
- 2 tablespoons of refined sunflower oil.
The sequence of cooking:
- Wash and dry the mushrooms with a towel.
- Boil the chicken breast for 22-25 minutes. Then remove it from the liquid and allow to cool.
- Spread out the dough, use a rolling pin to roll it out to a thickness of 0.5 - 1 centimeter. Then take the muffin tins, put a piece of puff pastry at a time, distribute evenly over the entire container, and put any grain in the middle (it is necessary for the dough to take the desired form). These tartlets should be baked for 17 minutes at 1800 FROM.
- Cut the onion into small cubes and fry. When it turns golden, put chopped mushrooms in it and keep it on fire for 7 minutes.
- Finely chop the cooled chicken breast and add to the pan to the vegetables. Mix all components, salt and pepper. In this state, keep on fire for 7 minutes.
- Then chop the herbs and mix with the filling. The pan can then be removed from the stove. The prepared tartlets should cool. Once they are cold, put the chicken and mushroom filling in the middle of each. Top with a little mayonnaise.It is better, of course, to prepare these sauces on your own, but if it is not possible, then you should buy with a high percentage of fat content.

- 1 yolk.
